Returns
We accept returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect items received during shipping.
To request a return, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the damaged or incorrect item
Once approved, we will provide instructions for return or replacement.
Refunds
Refunds may be issued for:
- Orders that arrive damaged
- Incorrect items sent
- Orders lost in transit (after carrier review)
- Duplicate orders placed by mistake (if not yet shipped)
Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for processing.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-refundable unless damaged or incorrect:
- Signed books
- Personalized items
- Digital products / ebooks / audiobooks
- Items marked final sale
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible.
Shipping Issues
Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside our control. However, we will gladly help resolve lost or delayed shipments when possible.
